What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with users praising its consistent and wide spray pattern, as well as the comfortable backpack design. However, some customers have reported issues with the durability and longevity of the pump, such as it failing to build or maintain pressure or the unit breaking down after a short period of use. A small number of users also found the sprayer to be too heavy when filled to capacity. Overall, the product appears to be reliable and effective for most users, though the pump mechanism may be an area for potential improvement.

Bought in Sep of 2020 and used probably 15-20 times in the past two years. Went to use it recently and the pump has failed. Pumping builds no pressure and the unit is essentially dead. Not sure I want to go through the warranty process based on what I've read from others' experiences. Save your money. Buy something better. I am upgrading to a 40v battery powered backpack sprayer.

Don’t buy it!
Would Not RecommendI have a Husqvarna 4 gal backpack sprayer and an older model Round-Up sprayer. Both are identical. The old roundup model is worn out after years of use. This new version of the Round-Up 4 gal backpack sprayer I bought is nothing like the old one that I’m trying to replace. This new model has; stiff pump, pump handle doesn’t fold, no back support, cheaper straps. I’m returning it and getting another Husqvarna backpack sprayer.

Pump handle bassackwards
Would Not RecommendPerhaps my unit was incorrectly assembled at the factory. Pump handle only worked if installed facing backwards. So, it got some pressure when you pulled up on the pump handle. I used it this way for awhile, as I did not have time to return it and had work to do, nor did I want to take the thing apart. Took the shoulder straps off, rinsed out three times and threw it away. Lesson is you take your chances when you buy cheap. I knew this, but needed a sprayer that day and it was local. Spend...
