HUGE problem

Received our delivery today. 2 pallets of 10 and 1 pallet of 4. All went well with the order and delivery.... sort of. When we went to move the packages into our garage one pkg at a time we found that 1 pallet of 10 had a huge problem. Some of the packages were already open a bit and when we went to seperate the pallets they would not come apart. They are fused or glued together in one big lump. We can not get them apart short of removing all the insulation from the packages... which we don...

I ordered 22 package of this product. only receive

18 of it. The company has operation issues. I ordered about 10days ago Friday and it supposed to deliver last Monday. But until Monday noon, the status is will deliver today but no time ,no product is out for delivery notice. Not until I called, they said they will deliver one week later. Today, it finally delivered. But among the 22 package I ordered, I received only 18 of it. the driver only a contractor and knows nothing. Perfect Attic Insulation

This was the perfect Attic insulation for our DIY project. Our house was built in 1947, so the ceiling joists are not spaced the standard 15.5 inches. We went into the project knowing every piece of insulation would have to be cut to size. The un-faced stone wool batts were easier to cut to size than fiberglass batts. Easy to Install; expensive but so far so good

Fits snug; dense and efficient. Less irritating than fiberglass. Occasionally inconsistent lots.

MESSY and difficult to cut . .like for an outlet.

very expensive for 4ft batts. HORRIBLE to cut. it crumbles and resembles unpacking a cotton bale.

18 ordered, 14 delivered. Zero paperwork!

I'm SO tired of screw-ups by corporate America. They make it the customer's problem EVERY TIME! I ordered 18 units, got 14 on delivery, DESPITE THE COMPANY SENDING AN EMAIL THIS MORNING SAYING THERE WERE 18!!!!! Now I need to spend MY MONEY, and MY TIME, chasing down this bull which wipes out any savings I might have had by USING LOWES!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs, do business with a local lumberyard!

Pricey.

This cost $53 from Lowes less than two years ago, and now it's $86?! That seems pretty insane to me.

Poor quality - Stay away

I purchased 7 bags of Comfortbatt R-23 for insulating a ceiling area, first batch with 4 bags, second batch with 3 bags. Batts from 3 out of 4 bags in first batch were so soft, they won't hold up in between the joint. I had a hard time even hold one batt up straight without tear them apart. I also got a couple of bags R-15, they were like cotton candy, just touching them tear it apart... It took a lot longer time to handle these softies. I am seriously thinking to redo the insulation with ano...

Much better than fiberglass

So much more comfortable to work with than fiberglass, cuts easily with a cheep bread knife

Best batt insulation

This is the only insulation I use. It’s easy to work with and has many features that make it better than fiberglass. Water and fire resistant and the sound blocking is a bonus. Lowes also got me the best price on 36 bundles to insulate an addition I was building

Incredible Insulation

We installed R23 Comfortbatt in exterior walls, R24 in our I-Joist floor platform, and R38 plus a layer of R15 in the attic of our new construction owner-built house. What a huge difference it made in thermal comfort of the house, even before the vapor control layer and drywall was in. Love the resistance to fire, water, mold, insects, etc. and our DIY install was easy!

Easy Installation and Very Quiet

I used the Rockwool R38 and R15 Comfortbatt in my garage build. I did a flash and bat method with 2" of spray foam and then the R15 Comfortbatt on the walls. Installation was easy and boy does it help knock the sound down. What a fantastic product!
