With client’s permission I cut out and threw away the padding underneath the carpet in the litter box vicinity and I sprayed this cleaner on the floor and both sides of the carpet saturating well. I let it rest an hour and then repeated but this time put a towel under and over the area and walked on it to absorb anything the cleaner dissolved.
