What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these yellowjacket traps for exceptional effectiveness, with many reporting hundreds of captures within days. Reviewers consistently highlight the effortless setup—simply adding water and hanging—and appreciate the disposable convenience without handling dead insects. The minimal odor compared to alternatives makes them ideal for patios and camping. However, some customers report complete failure with no catches, and a few experienced physical defects or found larger wasps couldn't enter the cone opening. Despite these isolated issues, most consider them highly effective and worthwhile for outdoor pest control.

Works well
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 5 days it had an impressive amount of jellow jackets, especially since it's late in our "season". Actually it had an impressive amount after one day but I forgot to take a picture. I want to use these next yellow jacket season.

need this for summer bbqs
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] must have for summer bbqs and in your garden to keep the pesky yellow jackets away especially if you have a nest near by. yellowjacket trap comes with a water-soluble solution that attracts them. Just add water to the trap and let it dissolve. the scent attracts the yellowjackets and they enter through the top and get trapped inside. works pretty well. i tried to look for any bees in the trap but it was all wasps.

Traps a lot of yellow jackets
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outdoor disposable yellow jacket trap attracts many of them, once they enter the trap aren’t that good at getting out. Can be used until very full of pests. Helps draw them away from a back of the house entrance if lots of nests. Helps knock down the population to a reasonable level.

Useful
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While filling it up with water, it spilled everywhere. Also while hanging it up it didn’t really attract any. There was a wasp nest nearby, however after reading the label, it mentioned it was for a specific type. Make sure to read the label, before purchasing

works well!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this works really well if you know what type of Yellowjacket you have. I think this was partially user error as I was not sure what type of flying insect I had. It did catch a few but not what I was expecting. I am going to try this again in the spring when they are more active and I think I will have much better results.

Not much luck
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set this bad boy up near my barn where I was having some issues and unfortunately was only able to catch 3 :( it's been up for over a month and I'm assuming it's time to take it down now since I was only able to get such a small amount

Worked for us!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We often dine outdoors so this yellow jacket trap was a must. We put it outside our eating space a few days before we were going to use the space just to give the bees time to find it. We have been dining regularly without any unwanted guests. Will most likely purchase again

Such a clever trap
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite pleased with the RESCUE!-Disposable Yellowjacket Trap Western. We hung it in the tree in the backyard and already a few yellowjackets are imprisoned. It was easy to add the water to mix the attractant, and place the trap. Cannot wait to see how many more become trapped. Will definitely be getting these again.

RESCUE Disposable Yellow Jacket Trap
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] RESCUE Disposable Yellow Jacket Trap was very easy set up! It just required a simple string for a complete trap, water, and a nice outdoor location to lure insects like YellowJacket - wasps! It never had a scent while setting it at location! It seemed unharmful and very safe! There should be more for other insects! It seems like very well quality! However, I did not have a lot of insects like YellowJacket around to catch at the time!

Got ‘em!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to set up , I used it in my back yard where they seem to like to set up their homes, I followed the easy directions, and before I knew it I had one! This along with plugging up holes in my patio furniture should do the trick

Yellow Jacket Trap
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to love this for the simple fact it helped get rid of yellow jackets. I don't understand why a string is NOT provided. Why do I need to provide that. Overall the set up was easy, but sadly the only place I had to hang was on my tree close to back patio. Per directions it says to not hang by house. After being hung for a few days , a few yellow jackets were caught.

Easy alternative to catching Yellowjackets
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RESCUE! - Disposable Yellowjacket Trap Eastern is a great alternative to use instead of spraying chemicals. It's very easy to use by just using water and the trap does the rest by luring in the yellowjackets. I was able to hang it up on my porch and it was a quick way to catch them without getting hurt and then dispose. Usually I spray them and then run but with this alternative I don't have to look for them. I'll be buying a few more to pu...
