Would RecommendBeautiful looking mailbox. It was fairly simple to install. I will say the instructions are not great and don’t explain much but it was not hard to put together at all. You will need to buy a 4x4 post to slide this mailbox into. Overall very happy with how it came out

Beautiful but be aware of building time
It is insanely beautiful but it took approximately 2 hours to set up. The instructions are awful, took at least 2 people and it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to screw in the supporting beam to the post. Said it takes 20 min, but realistically takes much longer. It takes way too long to install the screws in and it must be done by hand and with extreme force. Would RecommendThis is an Above ground post and not an "in ground" post. One needs to purchase a 6 ft wood post that slides into the bottom of the post. That leaves 32-33 inches of post that need to be buried so that the steel is flush with the ground. The hole needs to be 32-33 inches deep and some concrete needed in hole to fix it firmly vertical. Would RecommendIt doesn’t get any easier than this. Took a skill saw to my 38 year old 4x4 mailbox post which was solid as rock and slid my new galvanized post over it and anchored it with the screws that came with it.
