Instructions said to pull to the right, but nothing moved. Tried multiple ways, searched online for info, found nothing! The design seems to be one of a kind! Would Not RecommendBought this so two doors could be keyed alike. Deadbolt installed fine but the door knob latches were a joke. Needed to adjust it to fit my door, instructions said to pull to the right but nothing moved. Tried multiple attempts, searched online for info nothing worked. I’ve installed Kwikset and Schlage and to adjust them is as simple as squeezing tabs and sliding, the Reliabilt assembly did budge and when I did get it to adjust it locked the entire latch up solid.
