What Customers Are Saying

The door knobs are a basic, affordable option that are generally easy to install. Customers appreciated the look and finish, though some reported minor quality issues like scratches or missing keys. The bulk pack was seen as a good value for replacing multiple knobs. However, the lack of keys for the locking knobs was a common complaint that could be inconvenient for some users.

Baron Entry Lock, self locking

 Would Recommend

I have been using these locks for years and have been very satisfied. Recently though, we have found that the handset lock will lock on its own. A real safety issue if children are in the house and you become locked out.

Got an opened, used pack that was missing parts

 Would Not Recommend

Ordered this online for a construction project and when I opened the box, 2 of the knobs were clearly used and missing screws/damaged. Would like a partial refund for the purchase. Lowe's - contact me. I don't want to talk to AI.
