This product is basically pressed sawdust with a binding agent. It's slightly flexible and works well with a 120 year old uneven floor. I was initially concerned with the edges chipping when cutting the 45's for the corners but didn't have any issues. Looks good installed.

I bought these to go around the base of my living room and love the way it looks! They were very affordable and really nice actually I painted them to match and they were super easy to paint and looked really good. I’m a 32 year old female and was easily able to paint them and put them up around my living room so that’s a big plus for me plus it was great quality at a great price I would definitely recommend
