Would RecommendI purchased this to complete replacement/installation of a pre-hung door. Although I first looked for a primed product, none was available in the proper size at my local Lowes. I bought this instead, although it's a little more expensive. I'm glad I did. Because it's made so that it can be stained, it is all one piece of wood. The primed product is scarfed together from leftover pieces. This product had fewer flaws and dents and seemed stronger when nailing into place.

Would Not RecommendThe 10 foot trim was too long to handle and stain and polyurethane. The 7 foot trim would have been much better. But, there was not any in the store.

Would RecommendFinishing a basement. This trim was stained & sealed with 2 coats of polyurethane. Real pleased with results.
