Actual Wood
Would RecommendThis stuff was made of actual wood that used to be part of a tree. I noticed the wooden quality of it. This review is in response to the multiple reminders for me to review a piece of molding. I realize that there may be people out there that are baffled by molding and hopefully this will help them and get Lowes to stop asking me to review a peice of molding.

Very good quality
Would RecommendI purchased this to complete replacement/installation of a pre-hung door. Although I first looked for a primed product, none was available in the proper size at my local Lowes. I bought this instead, although it's a little more expensive. I'm glad I did. Because it's made so that it can be stained, it is all one piece of wood. The primed product is scarfed together from leftover pieces. This product had fewer flaws and dents and seemed stronger when nailing into place.

Pine trim is what was expected
Would RecommendThe Trim is what I expected to be. Did not find any with nicks or cracks which is rare. A good thing but rare.
