Examine carefully before purchasing.
Would RecommendDecent product although twice as expensive as last year when I purchased this same item! Us caution to watch for severly warped and cracked pieces!

Curbside pickup gives you bad products.
Would Not RecommendI received this piece of trim with a significant (Greater than 5 inches) Bow and a burn mark from the shaper knives. Completely unusable and since I am confined to a mobility chair, it is not easy to just return it. This is the second time this has happened.
A good Stain Grade material
Would RecommendGood quality material. Good if you need a stain finish.
