Would Not RecommendThe 10 foot trim was too long to handle and stain and polyurethane. The 7 foot trim would have been much better. But, there was not any in the store.

Would RecommendFinishing a basement. This trim was stained & sealed with 2 coats of polyurethane. Real pleased with results.

Good wood, poor finish
Would Not RecommendThese pine trim boards have a problem with saw marks in the finish, you can not feel them and a lot of the time you don't see them until you stain and then it is to late. If I can find the same board someplace else I will use them.
