Would RecommendEasy enough to install, but I didn't find any directions particularly helpful in the installation process. We were using it to keep a dog inside. I assume if a person wanted to get in they could knock it loose.

Technically it works
It did not come with the necessary amount of screws for mounting. The metal piece at the end of the chain is also slightly warped and so it is difficult to get it inside the slide.
