lowes overestimated the amount, poor communication

After 2 weeks to get our order of floor trim it was ordered all wrong by the Lowes person the eorked in lumber dept. We ordered 12ft. Pieces n he put the order in for 8ft. It was even the wrong product. When our contractor went to pick it up it was a total mess! Had to redo the whole order!
