the product was not the problem but when I picked up curbside they loaded them, drove them home to crestwood and when unloading noticed one of them had a big gash out of it. yes they replaced it and yes my neglect for not checking each board.. but borrowed truck drove to crestwood returned bad board and had to drive back to crestwood...very frustrating!!
