Product is exactly as described.... it is similar to a thick version of double-sided aluminum foil. One piece of advice is to cut the roll into 20-25 foot strips before taking the product into the attic. Much easier to unroll and cut the product on the driveway as compared to inside the atticl

Easy to affix to walls, used a staple gun and some firring inside of our knee walls. Only time will tell if it works, but it was cheaper and easier than doing drywall in a small space
