Terrible

Absolutely terrible. I bought 2 rolls. It pours out in the first few feet and nothing hardly in the last part. I can't believe with all these poor reviews that Lowe's has not pulled this product. I am highly disappointed. I am going to have to tear out everything I installed and buy a better product from someplace else I guess. If you see this and still buy it, don't say you were not warned

limited area

This product helped me to get the water to the plant roots and eliminate the sprinkler that watered the leaves, the fence and the house.

Not sure what I was getting.

The soaker hose was good, but put out a lot more water than I expected. There is no indication on the packaging and when I asked the sales associate, they told me it sweated. I used the soaker hose in a vertical planter set for 10 min along with some other drip emitters in some other plants. After a few minutes the vertical planter was soaked through but my pots were still dry. The hose is good but I would not recommend using it on the same line with any other emitters.

Definite Maybe

I use this product frequently and my frustration is that one 50ft piece will drip water at a very different rate. It works but the inconsistency is a problem for me.

A lot of water

I was very impressed with the amount of water that came through the soaker hose. I was able to use much less of the hose than I expected because it watered so well. I liked this much better than drip nozzles for thorough watering.

I woulnot buy at the dollar store. All the water comes out in the first 18 inches.

Rubbish

Complete rubbish. Doesn't work well at any length or pressure. Frankly, you'd be better off poking holes in a regular hose. Avoid this product at all costs.

Only drips for the first couple feet.

Installed this in 2 10 ft rain gutters running parrallel from a 2 port manifold. The gutters are filled with potting soil and strawberries. The first 3 feet of gutter was running over with water in both runs. The remaining 7' was bone dry. Short story, 30% of my strawberries drowned, the remaining 70% died of dehydration. I will be looking for something to replace it with immediately.

Works fine, smells for a bit

Soaked fine, smelled like rubber for about a week. Have them in hanging planters and could smell them walking past. Needed to put a GPH regulator on it when attaching to 1/2 inch then to hose.

Garbage

Complete garbage. Should not even be on the shelf. Bought 2-50' well one drips one drop a half hour and other doesn't drop anyyyyy thingggg. Will be returning to lowes refund or not. Complete garbage don't buy.

Do not buy!!!

I hooked this to my drip irrigation system in my garden. the first few feet would pour out then a few feet down would barely come out at all. I had it cut in short 15 foot sections so this should not have been an issue. I tried it with and without a pressure regulator. same results. Do not waist your money.

Product is unfit

The product is unfit for sale. It does not perform as advertised. Only the first few feet put out any water and most of that in the first few inches. A 3' length with the end open will dribble a small amount with more water leaking in the first few inches (30psi). Lowes has known this product was unfit for sale since 2013. Selling this product reflects badly on the company reputation.

Soaks the first foot and drys out as it goes

I bought the hose, stakes, connector and plug from my local Lowes. I set it up, turned it on and had water pouring from the first foot of line, and by the time I got halfway down the line, it was dry. I tried poking a hole in it with a pin and I finally got a drop of water to come out of the poked hole... After 5 minutes I had a pond under the first foot of line and the end was still dry... I disconnected it and count it all as waisted money.

good soaker hose

for 1/4 in soaker hose product works great. I use this in my gardens to keep soil moist almost floods a 10x10 box after 6 min of use.

Worthless

How can Lowes sell something so bad? Water shoots out the first 3 feet and then nothing after that. I bought another kind that is made from hard rubber and not this soft rough stuff and it worked pretty good. Do not buy.

I to wish I read reviews U cant get water out of full length Mabe 5ft not a drop & water gushes out other U cant begin to hook 2 together About nothing in 2nd hose full length These should be taken off shevles

I Should have listened to others

As others had said on the internet about soaker tubing, "do not buy they don't work" and I found this to be true. I laid it out down the middle of my planting row, connected it to my main 5/8" drip feeder line that comes from a anti backflow sprinkler valve that has a 120 mesh screen filter on it, and turned to water on I left the opposite end open on the soaker tube and figured water would come squirting out but it didn't it only dripped out about one drip every 10 seconds.
