I accidentally threw away a knife, that I had for 20 years, with veggie peelings. I missed it so much, and didn’t even know what brand it was. My son gifted it to me, and I got the Rada name. Ordered 5, so I could share with my family. It is the most wonderful knife, stays sharp, and just perfect in our kitchen. I use it all day. I want to get more, so I’m not constantly washing it. I also like the blade length.

Super parer is a super knife.
Excellent knife for dicing large potatoes. They cut smoothly and fast. Keep track of where your thumb is. I found out the hard way.

Super Parer/ Paring Knife
I had to get accustomed to using the parer. I learned to peel away from me instead of my former habit of peeling toward myself. Works fine and I’d recommend it to a friend. This is the second Rada paring knife in my knife block from a prior purchase so I use both of them. I recently had you ship a paring knife to my sister in San Luis Obispo,CA. She used mine while visiting and fell in love with it. So I decided she needed one too.
