SUPER super parer
Would RecommendI love this parer because the blade is just slightly longer than the standard size parer which makes it super versatile. You can cut a small mushroom and an apple without needing to switch out knives because this knife blade is long enough for both.

Would RecommendThe Super Parer is super. I have purchased Rada kitchen knives in the past but hadn't tried the Super Parer. I will be adding this to my list when I order again because it is one of my favorites.
