I have had several of these knives, purchased from church fundraisers and had almost given up being able to find them again. I ordered a chef's knife, and a serrated knife for slicing bread as well as the super parer. They are all wonderful, make kitchen prep so much faster and easier. For the price, these knives are great, lightweight, attractive, and very sharp! I as well as my entire family has been using Rada knives for years. Many many years. It's the only knife any of us will use (are there even others??) They sharpen to perfection. They have a knife for any need as well as many other "accessories" for the kitchen. they are the best - HANDS DOWN.

Literally my best knife ever!
Super Parer is the best knife ever! The one that came with our "knock off" brand name block set many moons ago is trash as far as I'm concerned!! I've used it many times now and have yet to sharpen it, holds a nice edge.
