I ordered these to help a neighbor who is a disabled Veteran. Growing up, my Mama had a set and we always called them "Church knives" because the church ladies would sell them to benefit the church. I've wanted a set of these knives for years because these knives LAST!

I like Rada Knives!
I had received the Rada 3-paring knife set for a birthday gift and was impressed by how sharp they were. I ordered the steak knives and found them to be equally sharp. I've found that they stay sharp longer than most at this price point. All knives eventually get dull; but these steak knives can be brought back to razor sharp with just a few strokes on a ceramic rod sharpener. Only slightly negative comment would be that these blades are quite a bit longer than most steak knives.
