Great Cut
These are the best steak/Utility knives I have ever used. I bought them to replace my Chicago Cutlery and there is no comparison. These knives cut so smooth. I would buy them again.

Handles rub off onto your hands.
The knife works great but the handle keeps rubbing gray stuff from the knife handle onto our hands. Had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered them. I would have ordered the knives with the black handles.

Best knives ever
These are the BEST knives on the market. Light weight, feel comfortable in the hand and EXTREMELY sharp. Be sure to use the proper knife for it's purpose. My husband tends to use one that may be too long for what he's doing and has an accident. Safety first!

Replacement for high end knives
We needed new steak knives as the ‘high end’ ones we purchased a few years back developed chips on the blade edges (and we did not misuse them). So far these seem tough and sharp, very impressed by the lightweight yet sturdy feel.
