This particular set of steak knives were a birthday gift for my oldest niece. Little by little, I have built my own set to 16 pieces and love all of my knives. There are still 4 or 5 pieces that I hope to add over the next 12 to 16 months. I the meantime, I am assisting my nieces in slowly building thier own collections.
