Very sharp, but blade kind of flimsy, blade starting to rust! Not good as I have only had them a short time.

Love my Rada knives, etc
Excellent items. I have had Rada products for over 40 years. My mom introduced me to them with a gift set of kitchen knives. Since that time, I have bought through church groups and now on line. I have given knife sets to my niece as well to keep the tradition going. I love their products. Besides knives I bought a second icecream spoon. The one I had in my second home disappeared!

Steak Knives
These were purchased as a gift. I personally think they look very nice and if they are as good as my other knives. They will be great. I have several Rafa knives and love them. They are really sharp, and do a wonderful job.

Steak Knife Gift Set to CA
This item was purchased as a gift, so haven't used the item myself. The one concern I felt in handling them before sending them on was that the brushed handle was rather harsh feeling -- I expected a slightly more satiny brushed finish. The blades themselves seem very good.
