Beautiful Flooring

This was the closest option we had to attempt to match what is in our livingroom flooring that was discontinued some years back. We used this in a long hallway to the bedrooms and had it professionally installed. It looks spectacular, and is of a higher quality than the livingroom. Will probably replace the den flooring with this in the future.

If only pretty mattered it would be great

I can’t stand this flooring for all the reasons set out by all the others. It is not waterproof and we haven’t even had it a week. Already got 3+ buckled or puffed up spots. Only done one room and taking the rest back. Wish I had read the reviews. And Lowe’s ain’t gonna stand behind their product so I ain’t buying the next flooring from them either. It was a Christmas gift and less than one week installed it’s already in the process of falling apart. The pictured damage was caught within an hour...

Pretty but garbage

Installed this flooring last year. It looked absolutely beautiful . A year later it looks like garbage .was installed properly, sub floor moisture free, clean and more than enough space for expansion.level subfloor but still buckled everywhere Installing it was a hassle as it doesn’t lay and lock with ease without force . Spill repel is a joke , it’ll buckle badly under and changes in moisture or spill even if you clean it asap . Just terrible

It’s also affordable!

I love this product; it looks very beautiful & durable.

Do not buy this brand, junk.

The joints on ends are not good . They did not go together as tight as they should have. The ends were soft and not cleaned up caused extra work and a poor finished job. This is one bad product.

Horrible product - don’t buy

This stuff is so cheap. So much harder to install than the last laminate we used. The interlocking part is made of cheap MDF that seems almost like cardboard. It bends and crushes very easily making it impossible to get the joints to lineup correctly. The leading edge is also copping upwards. It will sit OK after a few more runs are added, but I have no idea how we’re going to get the final one to sit flat. Save your money and buy anything but this.

Wonderful Improvement

I purchased this product and a closely similar color to help mix colors and provide a good mixture of lights and dark. The flooring was not in stock at the store, but it took 4 days for it to be sent and then ready at the store. I bought 8 boxes of this color and 8 of the other color. The click-lock system works well, but you have to watch out for a few things. ordered it on Sunday for pick up on Monday by 4 pm still on order want and picked my order my self it was mixed with a different number

You will have to do all your own follow up

Every plank was installed with what looked like a defect about 1” from the end of every plank. It turns out it’s adhesive from the plank that was laying on top of every plank in each of the 22 boxes. Still waiting for it to be resolved.

Nice floor

I really liked the looks of the product, however some of the boards had small white knicks on them. They are beveled, which I did not realize when I bought them. I would not use them in a place where there is a lot of traffic or spills.

Everyone was very helpful. From the sales person iright to the pickup area.

Would not recommend even to my enemy!

I purchased 41 cartons @ 16.12 sq. ft. of the Westend Apple in July 2023. I had installed in my kitchen, dining room & sunroom. If I could afford it I would have it all ripped up & something else put down. I have never had a floor this hard to care for, as there is no way to keep it looking good. You can’t let even a drop of water sit on the floors….I have hardwood floors in the rest of the house and they are so easy to care for especially compared to this flooring.
