order good, but very slow
I received the order in the morning, went there at 3pm, but had to wait at least 40 minutes for it to be brought out. The costumer service lady was nice and the guy helped me packing it, I cannot complain about either of them (5 star). But the wait time was too long (1 star). That's why I give only 3 stars

Would RecommendThe floor has good quality over all. It has a great design and color, nice semi gloss finish and not slippey: however, it seems to scratch easily. It says in the description that it is non scratch. So that’s the drawback. Otherwise it’s a nice quality flooring material.
