This floor is extremely hit or miss on quality

We did a couple rooms with this floor. Room 1 went perfectly. No problem at all. Room 2 we had to wait on another batch from the factory and thats where the problems started. The planks were either bowed badly, had tool marks on the ends from the factory or had other imperfections on them. Like glue, bubbles under the wood part, damaged tongues or grooves. Some even had the entire top layer missing. It took me multiple trips to lowes to return bad boxed and get new one just to go back ...

Borderline unusable.

Warped and twisted and don't fit or lock into place properly. If I noticed that before i started cutting them I'd return them. A pain to use these.

Just sent 4 boxes back to Lowe’s after finding a plastic mark from edge to edge on every board. Definitely a manufacturer print issue, it would have stood out and made the floor look awful. This is my first and last time dealing with laminate. Stick to luxury vinyl plank, as installing this was also a pain. I’ve floored multiple houses in LVP and never had so much frustration.

Edges will wear out quickly

Don’t like how it looks installed…. And installer said it’s not good quality, said it will wear very quickly.

This laminate has got to be the most remarkably difficult to snap together I've ever seen. With a tap block and rubber mallet set you'll find yourself swinging for the fences on occasion regardless of the angle or technique. They are however, tough, fairly good looking, and resilient. I've dropped a utility knife, hammer, and other tools with little to no damage.

False advertising

This floor is in no way waterproof. If anything gets in the seams, the floor will wave up and will swell. No luck I getting any response from Quick Step or Lowe’s. Just a run around.

wont stay together

I've been working on it for hours and only had two boxes done and it refused to stay together. I quit. They are going back.

Looks nice. Easy to install. Good price.

Very Frustrating

This flooring is way too hard to put together. I did a whole living room using a different brand and it was easy. I used this one for a closet and I was about ready to use it as firewood. All sides need to be wedged into adjacent pieces in some way which makes it almost impossible to do one piece at a time. Plus you have to get creative with a hammer to get each piece all the way in. Just spend a little more on a better brand and your body will thank you.

Selling warped returns without a discount price

Was told by the installer that half of the packages were repackaged. Most planks were bowed about 1/4 to 3/8ths of an inch. Had to open packages, lay them upside down and put weight on them to get the bow out. Found pieces that were ripped the long way but set them aside till we needed them. There was a lot of dust and dirt in the packages that wasn't from the factory. I know, I should have returned them but we were already into the project and figured we could just work with the bad ones and ge...
