Damaged but beautiful

The floor is absolutely beautiful, many planks were broken and or chipped, I was not able to exchange the boxes because the contract workers were ready to start, I would put a delay on the project. They made the planks work but cutting off the damaged parts, but it costed me more money, I had to go back twice to get 4 additional boxes each time due ti the waste caused by the damaged material. But the floor itself is beautiful!

Wish Lowe’s ad told us about complicated prep

We had trouble finding someone to install this. They thought it was to hard so we had to go with the most expensive installers, Lowe’s installers

Went in store and bought 18 boxes bc i loved the color and it closely matched our other flooring when going to lay it down they didn’t lay down flat and had to bring all the boxes back to return

Poor Product

They do not click together as they should. The mallet had to be used for every piece and after 5 hours of working with this flooring nothing is staying together. We are packing it all up and returning to Lowes. Very disappointed!!!

waterproof and the backing on it, Got this for the laundry room and thinking about replacing the rest of the house with it

Pretty boards, but low quality

Boards were more difficult to fit together compared to other brands I've tried. Also, many of the boards were warped.

The flooring looks great so far. Seems like all the negative reviews are from DIY’ers. My installers had this flooring done in under 4 hours. Will update this review after 6 months with any changes.

Warped & bowed wastes time

Proper layout, years of flooring experience, sharp tools and a ton of patience will not help if the product is defective. Upon opening our packages we we realized the majority of material was warped, bowed or the tongues and grooves were marred or obstructed. We had high hopes, but there just wasn't much "snapping" going. After aligning at the suggested angle, tongue in groove, there should not be much fight to get the "snap". Don't purchase laminate.

I don't think Lowe's delivered what I purchased.. The planks delivered were labeled as 10-mm not the 12-mm. They were the right finish but the product was horrible. My installers showed me how the planks were bowed so that when they were working on one end the other end would pop up. The attached foam lining was applied crooked so they had to trim the edges because it interfered with the snapping together. The pressed plywood or whatever they were made of broke off as they were trying to sna...

50/50 chance of a having unusable product

Looks nice if you are able to find planks that are not warped or shredded. We did 1800+ square feet with this with the projects a few months apart and more than 50% of our boxes each time were unusable. Planks came warped, edges cracked or not lining up. I have 96 boxes from different batches and stores that are garbage. Now, I have to lug these back myself to the store for a refund.
