Harrison Hickory Discontinued?

Love the flooring but had a total of close to 3 boxes of unusable planks with a strange white streak down them. store wouldn't help. Decided to purchase more but none were in the stores. did the "notify" me link on the website but it been close to month and nothing.

These do not "snap" together, it's much harder.

Much more difficult to install than expected.

Dents and creases

Ordered 11 packs, every single one had dents and creases in every single pack. If i didn't need to complete this job so bad I would have taken it back for a refund. Plan on talking to the store manager and hope they can alleviate the situation.

Printing Damage

I bought 850 square feet of Harrison Hickory. About every other box had printing errors that looked like deep scratches, but are where the printing process 'skipped'. We were able to use some of the boards as cut ends, but some were completely unusable. Installation went well, as we have a lot of experience laying this type of flooring.

Looks great, check boxes before leaving store

Looks great. Make sure to check boxes for damage before leaving. Needed to return 6 boxes that were obvious damaged in store.

Looks very good for the price. Most planks snapped together well, a few gave me soem trouble and needed to be convinced.

Gorgeous flooring

Gorgeous flooring but if you’re putting it down yourself, inspect the pieces. We had 1 whole box that had a defect on the side of the plank that would’ve been very noticeable if it had been put down. We had another 2-3 boxes (out of 30) that had a defect in the print/stamp/ink- however they make it. The brown color didn’t go all the way to the end so it left a small white stripe on the end that again was very noticeable when put down. A brown marker will take care of it, just pay attention.
