Lowe's Does Not Delivery on Promises
Would RecommendThe product was fine. What was NOT fine was the fact that Lowe's assured me that the product would arrive at the store on a particular date, early in the morning. Of course that didn't happen - it arrived late that evening. This resulted was tremendous inconvenience and stress because I had a person I had PAID go to Lowe's pick up the flooring and start a major project. Needless to say I had to pay the person wages for that day due to your incompetence.

Would Not RecommendI finished installing this flooring on the entire 2nd floor of my house on November 3rd. We mopped it a few times and my wife left a cup on it once that left some condensation behind AND she wiped that up too. Now I've got a section of floor that will need to be replaced. It's beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the look, but "waterproof" and "spill repel"? Doesn't look like it, does it? Would Not RecommendI liked the color of the laguna acacia. I had about 1800 sq foot of this product professionally put down. A lot of it started to buckle after a few months of being installed. Initially I thought it was a few pieces and I had them replaced. I am seeing more and more. I will have to have the entire floor replaced. Obviously it is not waterproof either.
