I purchase 4 and when I when to get it ,the box had been open 1 missing out of it they was going to sale it to me for regular price until i said something,

Do not buy

Had a lot of bad pices in each box. Had to order 3 more boxes too do the job because of all the bad ones.

Don’t

Had to send it back. It would not fit together and lay flat, no matter what we did. Highly disappointed.

Price and quality are on point.

I absolutely love the quality and rich look of my new floors. I removed carpet and replaced 3 bedrooms.

NOT waterproof

Installed this a few months ago in our bathroom and already it is bubbling up where water hit it. I'm not talking a puddle, either. Disgusted and intend to try and get a refund.

Terrible!

I have had several different laminate floors in different homes I have owned. This is by far the worst! I purchased this at Lowe’s and had a contractor install it a few weeks ago. We are not even fully moved in yet and the floor is ruined. It bubbling up and swelling everywhere. It is not spill or water resistant at all!!! Now I am hoping they stand by their product or Lowes will stand behind it being they advertise it as spill/water resistant. Do not buy this!

Great floor for the price

Went down east and looks great. No review on the wear as it was just installed but I think it will hold up nicely. Very much like the backing already on material.

Poor quality hard to snap together during install

We have put down laminate wood flooring in other rooms of our house with other products. The QuickStep doesn't snap together nearly as easy as other products we have used. It doesn't want to lock in place easily and the edges are cut in such a way that leaves inconsistent gaps between planks. It takes a lot of hammering on the installation block to get the planks into place and is easy to damage the thin veneer on top. Very sorry we chose this product

Stunning

We remodeled our kitchen and used the Laguna Acacia flooring. It came out beautiful, it has such a nice shine to it and we absolutely love it. The carpenter who installed it said it was great quality and the flooring takes some effort to click together but is much better than cheap flooring. The photos shown are... one with the lights on, and the darker one is with the lights off.

Difficult to install

Far more difficult to install than the Pergo XP product.
