Completely Botched Order

I ordered 2 of the 16 step stringers. Each stringer comes with 2 five step stringers and a six step stringer and 2 hardware kits to tie everything together with post supports. What I received was 2 hardware kits and nothing else. No Stringers, half the hardware kits missing and Lowes said the order was complete. Solution, Return what they sent me and reorder. When you go to reorder, it is out of stock. I can understand a small mistake but this was 95% of the order missing. Plus my hour roun...

I ordered 3- 11 step stringers , the order was delayed 4 days from original shipping delivery. When they arrived only 2 were delivered. Lowe’s told me it’s not their problem since it’s a third party vender and fed ex delivered it……the problem with that is that I bought it on your website! I ordered another one and went to Lowe’s to tell them I only got 2 of the 3 , I was told that it shows I received all of them , after arguing with the girl and the manager they finally credited me the missin...

not worth it

bought this in Feb 26 and its now August 1st. still have not received my shipment. contacted multiple people and spoke to store local to me and they aren't able to help. spoke with FedEx and still haven't heard anything back

I ordered these 4 step stringers in Feb.2026 I am writing this review on July 31st 2026 and I still have not received them! I have contacted lowes, FedEx and the shipper its self and still have not been given a refund or delivery date! $200 down the drain!

Missing parts

Ordered the 12 step which was supposed to include connectors. No connectors received. Lowes was no help. So ordered the connectors separately at an extra expense of $118. still waiting

this store is a joke

had to go 3 different times to pick up one order they really don'thave a clue there and no customer service

Missing Parts

Items were delivered and missing critical part to put hem together. Missing items were supposed to be shipped together but never showed up. Now I can't even start my project until the items either show up on a later shipment or Lowes has to reach out to manufacturer and get the parts shipped out. A simple couple hour project has now turned into a multi week waiting game with no end in site when mu missing parts will show up. Best stair frame for outdoors

I was looking for something sturdy and I tried a couple different things and this was one of the best that actually worked well If I have anything else that I need for outdoors, I will definitely be getting this.

Lowe's refund is delayed because the vendor will not respond about the missing package. 10 days since it was supposed to be delivered and we haven't received a refund or update. Buy another stair stringer or from another vendor/retailer.
