I used the 1/2" nap Purdy Marathon roller cover for the first time yesterday and today, and I am impressed. The cover holds a great deal of paint so the coverage is much greater than other, ordinary roller covers, yet I saw no splattering or drippage so otherwise common. Lasts longer than Wooster

Fibers didn't wear down near as fast as other brands. Holds more paint and releases the paint on substrate easier with less pressure

Left lint all over wall!

Every single one of the 3 pack purchased left lint pieces on my wall! I will need to sand my walls and repaint to get the finish I expected in the first place. Wasted my money and my time!

LOVE this new roller! Used it yesterday for the first time and I can say it won't be the last. I didn't have to dip my roller in the tray nearly as much as I do with regular rollers and the it applies the paint nice and smooth. Way to go Purdy, you have a winner!

The roller cover held paint well and used it on multiple jobs including a deck with the same results. Evened out nicely and easy to use and washed out easily after use

We already use Purdy covers but this one is great. Use it alot in our Commercial Painting bussiness.

AS ADVERTISED

USED THE ROLLER TODAY ON A REMODEL PROJECT. WAS ABLE TO LOAD MORE PAINT THAN PREVIOUS ROLLERS. LAID DOWN AN EXCELLANT FINISH OVER NEW SHEETROCK AND PAINTED SURFACE. ROLLER CLEANED UP WELL. THINK THIS WILL BE OUR NEXT ROLLER OF CHOICE. PAINT USED WAS BENJAMIN MOORE ULTRA SPEC 500 IN EGGSHELL FINISH.

New Marathon Cover

This roller cover performed better than the covers we regularly use. It didn't spritz. It applied paint evenly, didn't crush and laid paint off nicely.

this roller has great coverage, and has a neat appearance on the walls. Would use this product for all my painting jobs.

Does the job.

I used the one half inch Purdy Marathon roller cover on the walls in four nine by twelve bedrooms. I used SW super paint flat on all the walls. It was lint free. It had good paint pick-up and release. I did not have any problems with roller lines and the finish looked good when dry.
