Paint Roller

I bought one of these when I was remodeling my bathroom. It was easy to use, even for me who is paint challenged.

So easy to use

This mini paint roller was very easy to use and covered the wall very well.

The right tool for the job

Purchased to paint my patio door, far exceeded my expectations. Looks like it was done by a professional. Smooth surface with no paint build-up.

Great roller for back rolling your cut in.

PURDY MINI ROLLER

I recently painted my bathroom which is not small. I painted the walls 4 times (2 primers and 2 matt latex top coats). I also painted the double vanity (2 primers and 2 semi-gloss top coats).I used the same roller for the walls and the vanity. I cleaned the roller thoroughly between each coat. I can honestly say that I did not have any issues whatsoever with the roller not rolling and the finished paintwork did not show any roller marks (which I have in the past with different rollers).

Great roller for its size.

I bought this to paint my entry doors. Did a great job on the doors. I applied two coats of paint to cover up the brush marks from edging and this roller covered the doors. Made them looked like I sprayed painted them. I also have purchased this size to paint the interior walls. Once I trimmed in the corner or edges, this size roller is great for getting close to the edge to help with brush marks. Great at first use but afterwards difficult to roll

As with the other reviewer, the roller works great in first use. But after cleaning and drying the next day, the roller was extremely difficult to roll. OK, I must have not cleaned the roller well enough, but a roller should be easy to disassemble, to get it back to its "new" nice rolling performance. This roller is not easy to disassemble. 4 inch roller

I bought 2 of these rollers and they worked great the first time. I cleaned them as I would any other roller, soap and water, but when I went to use them for another project I could not get either one to roll smoothly.

Average roller

The issue I experienced with the roller is that it would not "roll" freely, so when you get paint it does not spin and also did the same thing when I attempted to spread the paint it tends to get stuck and stop rolling and you have to shake it to free it up.

Purdy 4" Roller

I have never enjoyed painting panel doors, as I have always used a brush. A friend suggested I use a roller, but I never gave it consideration because I was focused on traditional rollers. I saw this at Lowes and elected to give it a try. I actually enjoyed using the roller to paint a door. With the right roller pad, I did not have the traditional texture that a roller gives. The task was easy, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results.

Used this for remodel/painting. Very nice item! Great for painting behind the toilet and smaller places.
