Had Problems
Had trouble connecting to a new HP laptop. Had to get professional help. I signed up for free ink, discovered after 50 pages could not use the cartridge, they were fixed so I couldn't use them, even though they were still full. I canceled the subscription, and was told they would be deactivated after a certain date. And these are supposed to be free? And they want them returned! Again I say supposed to be free!

The printer is nice and does a good job. The drawback us that buying ink is costly. buying both ink cartridges cost me nearly as much as the printer. Perhaps this is why I see many of these printers in second hand stores. Why is in so expensive?
