This has been not operating correctly and only print 5 sheets and out of ink. Then it jams up paper. Just not a good method of loading nor scanning.

Stopped working
I have only had this printer for a couple months. Hp smart never worked and the direct connection was working, until it didn't and it now tells me I have to connect to wifi, but it wont let me do that either. I do not recommend these hp printers. I have had 3 that all stopped working.

Costly and wasteful.
Price point is way too high. No 2-sided printing option (wasteful and costly). Not to mention environmentally unfriendly. Misleading advertising in that I am not paying for ink cartridges. Instead, I’m paying to use my printer ($/page). Chat option is worthless too.

This is criminal behavior that HP sells this printer. It is a legal cense for them to steal from people. NEVER works, can't load paper, stay connected to internet, or print remotely. I HATE YOU HP
