Dim lighting

The lighting was too dim. I bought it for my kitchen, so I can see better in the kitchen, and it made the kitchen darker than what it already was from the original lighting that I had so I had to return it, but the design of it was absolutely beautiful but too bad it wasn’t bright enough for the kitchen.

Slow Start

I installed 2 of these about 8 months ago. One of them now performs like a 3 year old, worn out fluorescent bulb. It takes 4-6 seconds to illuminate, flickers another 4 seconds, and finally stabilizes. This tells me the manufacturer makes really crappy products with little to no QC. The other identical fixture works fine.

Instructions poor hard to mount

Lighting is good provided by the fixture. Instructions are poor. A paper guide is provided but it not clear how to use it. Was difficult to mount with a popcorn ceiling. Maybe a smooth ceiling would make mounting easier. I think there can be a better means to center it onto the mount. Maybe a taper to get it into the bracket.

LED is bright!

The light was installed in the bathroom. It gives off enough light for the space. Have not used it as of yet, but I believe that it will serve its purpose.

Tough Take your time

Updating a house built in 60's. Not all ceiling boxes mounted flush plus years of paint and textured ceilings made difficult. spaced mount out from box with 3 washers on each side of screw and slipped right into groves for twist mount

Tricky installation

I bought this fixture and installed it twice. Both times it fell down after being in place for a month each time. I did really like the light which the fixture produced but I ended up returning it and have installed a “non-flush” mount fixture. It is a very tight fit with the wire nuts and incredibly difficult to line up the notches when you can’t see anything overhead on a ladder.

Slim and bright

Product is super slim and provide bright even light. Worked perfectly for our low ceiling 1/2 bath.
