Great update lights

These lights are great for updating, kitchen, front room, hallway and bedrooms lighting in my house. The Adjustable Color Temperature LED are what sold me on these lights, I can place these lights in any room and don't have to buy a pacific bulb for that room.

Danger - Fire risk

Aside from the obvious short comings of the install process it appears these fixtures do pose a legitimate fire danger. Mine were installed approximately 4 years ago. The fixture was pulled an hour after failure and was still hot to the touch. The electrical joints were found to be in good condition. Easy to install, bright, and nice to be able to change color temp.

Great fixture for any room.

Really impressed with this light - installed in a teen’s bedroom and it looks great. Easy to install. Super low profile makes for a very unobtrusive fixture, but gives a really nice amount of illumination. Only negative is that you have to choose the light intensity at install, to change the intensity you have to take the light down as the selection switch is on the ceiling side. This is not a big negative.

Challenging to attach to ceiling

It is very difficult to line up the holes with the screws in the ceiling and have a tight fit. Also, once attached, you can not change the color spectrum without removing the lamp.

Great while it lasted

Bought two of these for our kitchen and loved the look. Three years later, one flickers like crazy the entire time it's on. Even my 7 year-old can't stand it. Switched them out to make sure it wasn't wiring/switch/etc. Now I have to replace them both. If you do chance these, don't mount them flush; leave some gap. Clearly they overheat and burn themselves out. Replacing both with fixtures that take bulbs. Never again.

Mounting Junk

This light and its sister product #2806766 are trash. Remodeling a house and thought these lights would be very good. Did not open box to see how it mounted. They are trash with the dial on attachment, no way to easily attach light to provided bracket. Template provided is only good for marking ceiling and the light fixture, alignment is your guess. Did not honor five year warranty

Bought this light two years ago and it quit working on soft white setting took it back to Lowes its suppose to have five year warranty and said I had to call the number on the paper work I called the number and got a run around with Lowes the number was Lowes in a forgin country couldn't hardly understand them they couldn't understand me after an hour twice on the phone they said they wouldn't warranty the product

Great lights!

We liked both lights. The onlu problem is the one in the laundry to very bright, I will contact the installer tand request he return to rest the brightness.

Shock and awe that light bulbs are becoming a thin

This fixture give great light! Hope we don’t have to buy another one for many, many years.

Impossible installation

As many others have already commented, the installation hardware is next to impossible to use. Requires you to tighten it to the ceiling, but then there is not enough room to get the light onto the bracket. If you then loosen the bracket, then when you attempt to mount the light, the bracket falls off of the ceiling.
