What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the elevated height as transformative for mobility and comfort, especially for seniors, taller individuals, and those with mobility challenges or recovering from surgery. Many describe sitting and standing as significantly easier. Reviewers consistently note straightforward installation with all necessary parts included and powerful, efficient flushing. Several initially skeptical customers were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value. A few shorter users under 5'5" report discomfort with the height, though most adapted using footstools. Overall, customers consider it a worthwhile investment for accessibility and performance.

Toilets are good but Lowes service is not!!

 Would Recommend

The product is great but Lowe’s did not remove the old toilets from the house and wanted to charge me extra. It was my understanding that the old toilets would be removed and included in the installation price. Buyers beware! I am73 years old and had to remove them myself! I’m not happy about it!

Great toilet

 Would Recommend

Going from standard hight to the extra tall seat has been different. But more enjoyable for me as I am rather tall. Doesn’t hurt as bad to sit down or stand back up.

Nice height

Nice height for my husband who has mobility issues. The only problem was the cheap plastic seat which was not stable. We replaced the seat with a sturdy wooden seat.
