What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the elevated height as transformative for mobility and comfort, especially for seniors, taller individuals, and those with mobility challenges or recovering from surgery. Many describe sitting and standing as significantly easier. Reviewers consistently note straightforward installation with all necessary parts included and powerful, efficient flushing. Several initially skeptical customers were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value. A few shorter users under 5'5" report discomfort with the height, though most adapted using footstools. Overall, customers consider it a worthwhile investment for accessibility and performance.

I asked for a 17” toliet BUT was given a 20” one!! It was discovered after install was completed too late to get a replacement. It is too tall for me when I sit down my feet don’t touch the floor!

Would Not RecommendThis toilet is 21.25" at the seat, not the 20" height in the specifications. TOO TALL! Now I'll need a stool.

It's REALLY tall!
Would RecommendWe ordered a tall height toilet. I'm only 5'5" tall...and it is a bit too high for me. But, the previous one that was installed in my new home, was waaaaaaay too short. So, I will take it. It really is nice, though, and really sleek
