Great toilet, challenging to install

The toilet works great and the small design allows this toilet to be placed in most locations within the bathroom. The product design is horrible, you almost have to be a contortionist to install this toilet. The attachment screws are in the hardest places to reach. Placing the toilet over the bolts connected to the flange is difficult to see because the holes for the bolts are enclosed and there are two small holes on the side to view the slots. Throne of poop smears

Easily installs, looks nice, and the outside is easy to clean. However, any poop will make your toilet look like a burn out pad at the local county fair with the number of poop skid marks that are left.

Read the reviews BEFORE you install.

The directions are missing valuable information, and the order is out of whack, making it more difficult to install than it has to be. Review the logistics of each step before you do anything and look at the pieces involved as you review them. You may need to change the order of things. Skirted may seem appealing now but if you are in a tiny space, go with unskirted. Keep looking.

Very cumbersome and difficult to install

Unless you are installing this toilet with nothing on either side of it, buckle up for a frustrating install. Nothing about the installation process is efficient. Every component that needs to be tightened has to be accessed through sections of the back of the toilet that are big enough for the hands of a child. If the toilet is against a wall, it’s nearly impossible to access those components.

Broken seat and bad service

My toilet had a broken seat and i contacted customer service because my toilet had already been installed and my husband did the seat at the last step andi was told to take it to the store i bought it from so needless to say i had to spend another 30 something dollars for a seat.

Caserta good

It works with both soft and hard flushes and is beautiful. I also got a bidet seat, which adds to the pleasure of using it.

The toilet seems amazing so far

Dont try to install this yourself

I was attracted to the clean slab side. Easier to keep clean. However, you don't have much access to the lag bolts that bolt the toilet to the floor. There are two round openings on either side that have plastic inserts. Even when I removed the inserts my normal size hand could not fit through the hole. It took me about 20 minutes each side to finally get the nuts on and tightened. Also, if your toilet is next to a wall, you will have little to no room to mauver to look into those holes. The s...
