Great toilet

Everything is great with this toilet except the seat will not stay tighten.

Great skirted design

I like the skirted design, elongated but only 27" from wall deep, worked well in my small bathroom, was able to use Hulife Bidet seat as there is access underneath to the seat bolts from the back side, though not easy to reach, Fluidmaster parts means easy to find parts if needed, and yes you'll need patience to install because limited access to put everything together is the only negative, flushes decent and bowl washdown is good, I recommend.

Nightmare

Should've read the reviews first... install terrible. Holes on the side are way to small for most hands. No room even in the back side to try to tighten bolt. Adding the seat wasnt that easy as well. But... got it all together and got it filled up and there's a freakin crack in the tank. Not happy whats so ever!! We will be calling first thing in the morning!

Broken tank

Bought this and got home to find out tank was totally smashed. Box says not to return to store but call for replacement which I did. Big mistake. Replacement will take 10 days “if I get it as estimated”. Should have returned it to the store up front instead of waiting. Was told I would get it in 3-5 days.

Toilet appears to be rusting

There are brownish red spots on this toiled that do not scrub off. They appear to be rust stains. ive used cleaners and these spots do not budge I have emailed Project Source for assistance an no response. Lowes won't allow a return because it's been used - I am within the 60 day return period. Maybe someone will see this review and contact me? I tried to call the only number we could fid 866-389-8822 but it's disconnected.

Hard to plunge and not great suction

Wish I would’ve seen the review regarding the flushing issues and the plunger problems. Had mine installed 1 day and couldn’t suck down #2…. Then couldn’t plunge it either … came here to check reviews and advice. The main reason I purchased this was the size for a small bathroom and ONLY toilet! Wanted to make sure I used the correct flush button and I did… ugh now to have to pay someone and buy another toilet I should have kept my American standard.

Great toilet, challenging to install

The toilet works great and the small design allows this toilet to be placed in most locations within the bathroom. The product design is horrible, you almost have to be a contortionist to install this toilet. The attachment screws are in the hardest places to reach. Placing the toilet over the bolts connected to the flange is difficult to see because the holes for the bolts are enclosed and there are two small holes on the side to view the slots. Throne of poop smears

Easily installs, looks nice, and the outside is easy to clean. However, any poop will make your toilet look like a burn out pad at the local county fair with the number of poop skid marks that are left.

Read the reviews BEFORE you install.

The directions are missing valuable information, and the order is out of whack, making it more difficult to install than it has to be. Review the logistics of each step before you do anything and look at the pieces involved as you review them. You may need to change the order of things. Skirted may seem appealing now but if you are in a tiny space, go with unskirted. Keep looking.
