Ask if the box was previously opened.

This product was sold to me as a new product. But when the installer opened the box he immediately told me this was an opened box. It was missing all the screws to both the toilet and seat. The box was taped very good to look like it wasn’t open before.

Uncomfortable seat, but very nice toilet bowl

The toilet itself is very nice, sleek and installed easily. The toilet seat is very uncomfortable because if feels like you are sitting inside the wide part of a cone; the only good part of the seat is the soft close. I will be replacing this seat.

Examine everything as soon as it arrives. Cracked.

I paid $98 for delivery and one of the toilets were cracked. I had to take it to Lowes for an exchange. They struggled to find out a way to do that. Eventually, they figured it out.

Don't flush S#$%

Worst toilet ever. Looks OK. Not enough water to poop on. If you don't hit the hole, it won't flush down. I'm not talking about baby seals...small turds don't even flush down. No way to adjust the water level in the bowl. Also, my bad for not knowing, chair height is nowhere near as comfortable as standard.

Elongated bow but not a large toilet. It has a small and large flush. I have yet to need to use the large flush.

Great Look! Competitive price point! Hoping style meets function with this latest addition. I’ve mostly navigated to Kohler products through the years but decided to give this one a try! We’ll see!!!

Broken when received and no help from the store

Discovered the toilet base broken upon unboxing. The instructions say not to take it back to the store but a toilet is one of those things you kinda need when you have to buy one. I took it back and the store provided a refund. However, I got absolutely no help pulling a replacement from the shelf. Workers were walking around disinterested in helping and there was no manager to be found.
