We installed it ourselves. It had all parts.
Would RecommendI needed a handicap size toilet, and this one was the standard height approved for handicap. However, there was another one 3" taller. My husband and I decided on this one. We absolutely think it was the best choice! It is wonderful, comfortable and the perfect height. It flushes so fast with minimal sound. Great buy for the price.

Total waste of money
Would Not Recommendhired a plumber to install this toilet. the wax ring was too small and caused leaks. then the rubber ring between the tank and toilet leaked because it was too small. ended up costing me more money than buying an expensive toilet. DON'T BUY THIS TOILET.
