Tank was cracked

It looks good, but the tank was cracked when we went to get it installed. Can’t use it and have to buy a new toilet.

I like the looks of this toilet. I was worried about installing a black toilet, but it is in our half bath and it really worked out well! Just a heads up about the “black” color. It is actually a very dark green. In using the flashlight for the install, we discovered that it is actually green in color. The color difference is more noticeable when the toilet seat and lid are installed. Luckily our bathroom is dark and moody, so it wasn’t worth taking it out and returning. Special Order Model - Damaged No Replacement Parts

After removing our old toilet, installing the new Danville toilet and filling it with water, we were ready to install the seat cover. Upon unpacking it we discovered the seat was actually broken. Long story short, there are no replacement parts available and the until can only be exchanged back at the store. Yuck and no thanks.

It was chipped! What a hassle! The chip was in the very bottom where the water sits. Nothing you would think to look for. Fully installed then realized. Unfortunately I had to buy another one before I could return this one. Also a hassle. However, Lowes return counter was super simple to get my refund. Honestly, I DO love it! The black toilet changes the whole look of the bathroom.

Not your normal throne

Wife wanted a black toilet for a fashionable statement in a bathroom and this nailed it for a decent price. At first she balked at the higher seat, but now she loves it. Good quality, easy to install.

Shorter than stated in specifications

My wife and I did a lot of shopping around for a taller toilet, and found that the height we wanted was not affordable. We chose this one because it was spec’d to have a 17-inch bowl height without the seat. Once we got it, we were very disappointed that the height was actually 16-1/2 inches, just like many of the other models we passed by. Haven’t installed it yet, so I can’t comment on performance.
