Would RecommendWorks great and is east to use. Needed to get water out of my water softener and it worked perfectly. I have a Wet/Dry Shop Vac, but for smaller jobs this is a great addition to any homeowners tool box!
Hose is way too short
Would Not RecommendThe outlet hose on this is way too short to be useful - best case you’ll end up getting soaked, worst case you’ll end up pumping water right back where it came from. Furthermore you can’t reliably attach the hose to any other hose to get a more useful length.

Would Recommend4.5* Would of gotten 5* if the slide action was a little easier. Female 5’8” had a little trouble pulling and pushing. Husband had no trouble. Did the job quickly!!!
Should Of Worked But It Didn't
Would Not RecommendSaw this transfer pump at Lowe's, thought it would be a good one for transferring water from my rain barrels that I have collected over the winter. Read the reviews and I did leave the end cap on even though the box directions were confusing. Put it in a full barrel and pumped and pumped, nothing. Pulled the pump out and took off the end cap, I found the piston had fallen off the pump rod. Looks like they didn't have enough glue to retain it to the rod. It's going back today! Not worth the $30 d...
