What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the product for being simple to operate and effective for light-duty tasks like draining water or cleaning, with many highlighting the long hose and debris-avoidance features. However, a substantial portion report durability concerns, describing the shaft as bending easily, handles feeling fragile, and internal components failing after brief use. Several reviewers state they would not repurchase due to its inability to withstand moderate use. A few note it requires significant physical effort for larger volumes. Overall, most find it suitable only for occasional, gentle use.

Longer tube so it removes more liquid than others

Sturdy and works pretty well.
Would RecommendPackage arrived safe, but was badly wrapped. I’m surprised it didn’t break when being shipped. Works well, though,

It pumps

pumping problem
Would RecommendNot very durable. I purchased earlier this year in 2021 and it sucked water from my french drain well, i liked the long hose but it broke today, inside the vertical sucking pipe there are 2 round plastic covers that creates the vacuum. Well, I'm pumping lots of gallons and suddenly the vacuum is gone and it's not repairable. I will call to find out about a warranty. maybe i have to pump less gently or buy one that is sturdier. when you have lots of water, you want to pump fast.
