Ratings & Reviews for Project Source 23.75-in D x 47.75-in L Melamine Rectangular Shelf Board

epoxy molds

best for epoxy molds

Strong shelf, nice finish.

Strong shelf, nice finish.

Great Board

I used these for garage shelves. Worked perfect. Bought some brackets and screws separately.

Solid shelf

bought to add 1 shelf to each side. The store cut the board for me and they fit so nicely. Very solid

NOT AS ADVERTISED

This product is advertised at .75 inches thick for extra durability, but they are actually only .62 inches. Also, the picture is inaccurate, NOT WHITE ON SIDES.

Lowes was horrible on delivery

I liked absolutely nothing . I ordered this product and it took 2 weeks to have it built and delivered

Lowe's is terrible

I ordered 6 items, 3 showed up damaged, the other 3 showed up in some other state and are marked as delivered. So now I need to spend my own time waiting on terrible Lowe's terrible phone waiting to figure out where my stuff is. The relevancy of this is that if you think your going to save time ordering this you won't. They will cost you much more time then just going to the store to get it. But hey better idea shop any other place.

The edges are very sharp. Plan on sanding.

Adequate for what I was doing

Good for more than shelves. Lots of projects.

Good for lots of projects other than shelving. Already painted or primed. Make nice table tops.

Crumbles easily ☹️

Just sliding the board out of its box, one corner was gone. It crumbles every time we touch it. Can't imagine if we had tried to nail it to something. We decided it wasn't sturdy enough for our project. Wish we had some way to return it but we don't have a truck, and we recycled the box. Don't buy this for delivery.

Work well for shelves, nice and rigid

These work well for shelves, with no need for painting. You often have to sort through a few before finding undamaged one

Great replacement piece

This was a great option to replace the cabinet base below the sink

Not as Advertised

Product is supposed to be 3/4" and is labeled as 3/4" on the shelf at my Lowes. However, the product is only 5/8" and is labeled at 5/8" by the manufacturer's label on each board. Also, product is show with edge banding, but has none.

Damaged melamine

Material is located on the floor so it is in poor condition but because I am using it for a concrete form, it works for my purposes. None of the material would work for shelving. Lots of corner damage.
