Nice Light / Great Value

This is a very nice light for the front door. There were no instructions in my box, but I was able to find them online on Lowes website. Installing the light took me about 20 mins. You simply need to connect a base plate, then connect 3 wires (black, white, grounding wire). Pretty straight forward! I put 2 LED 40 watt light bulbs in. It's a nice amount of light. You can put up to 2 60 watt light bulbs in if you like, but I didn't need that much light. When the bulbs need replacing, you'l...

The ONLY thing not to like about these lights are the stud/nut that holds the globe onto the base. They're small, and no tool interface. You must put them in by hand, luckily, they're knurled, so tightening them with a pair of pliers is easy, but they'd be SO MUCH BETTER if they were slotted. Would not take away from the look, and make installation far easier for us guys with fat fingers! Combined with the LED "Vintage" bulbs, they give a wonderful, warm, very welcoming light.

Replacing lights

The lights go great with the new paint on the house (we also purchased from Lowe's) and I couldn't be happier with them.

Nice

We replaced an old porch light with this one. It installed as easily as installing light fixtures goes. It was packaged nicely, no problems with missing parts, etc. It looks beautiful. I also purchased 2 of the matching lanterns for my home and those are also beautiful.

Phony Glass

The light has a wrinkled plastic film to make it look like hand poured glass. The triangle design that looks like leaded stained glass is a design made out of glue and painted. There is no glass in this it is plastic. Buy American made products! Lowe's to you hear us now?

Exactly what we wanted

This light is exactly what we wanted. Have purchased this Portfolio line before. So pleased.

Nice Looking

Easy to hookup with basic electrical knowledge. Looks great. Only con is glass has to be removed to change bulbs and screws that hold cover on are small and a little hard to get to. Would definitely recommend this product. Pics show 2 40w purple Led's set up for Halloween

Lights are really nice. Rubbed bronze. Pretty. Look nice up. Putting up was fairly easy

Great Light

I added this light to my front porch. I installed it in about 15 minutes. Am using only one of the bulbs right now and it seems perfect. I'd use more if I had a place for them.

Love these lights!

I needed 2 of these for my front entrance and they are beautiful. They were easy to install and create a warm and very welcoming light.
