Lowe's own installers won't install this

Lowe's own installation team will not install this saying it voids the warranty. The warranty language of style select lvp says not compatible with acoustic underlayment. Lowes installation team considers this as acoustic and will not install it under Lowe's made lvp. Called the manufacturer directly (also Lowe's) and they said if the installer says no then no.
