The peel-and-stick adhesive strips, lightweight design, and self-adhesive edges make laying it simple and precise. Many report significant noise reduction from footsteps and pets, with a noticeably softer, more comfortable walking experience. Users consistently rate it as superior to cheaper foam alternatives and more expensive brands, appreciating the built-in vapor barrier and versatility. Adequate... but waste 10" on each roll Rolls have last 10"- 20" wasted because of the manufacturing process - bends the ends Also...the label pulls off the waterproof backing when removed

It’s okay, I don’t know the product yet, it’s too early for a fair review.

Easy to install
Would RecommendI had to do a vinyl plank flooring repair over concrete and decided to install this underlayment for a little extra cushion and sound dampening. It worked great! I've been done for around two weeks and am happy with how the floor feels when walking on it. The rigidity of the product makes it easy to lay out and cut. The rows stuck together very well, but I did use underlayment tape to join the ends and odd pieces. You can see my space had a lot of cuts. It was so much easier to use than th...
Easy to install
Would RecommendSo i used this on two projects and worked well on both. Hardwood flooring panels and underneath tongue amd groove tile in bathroom for added insulation
Easy to use
Would RecommendI used this product to do a floating type of floor seems like a good product easy to unroll it to get by the job done i will recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have a lot of experience
Basic Underlayment
Would Not RecommendThe product was relatively easy to work with. I found that the thinness of it worked well to not interfere with the height of the floor, but it was too easy to tear into when setting the boards with the pull bar. I used it to float a floor over hardwood, so I don’t have to worry about moisture. Basically it provided a basic foundation for the flooring.
Very good material
Would RecommendThe product is well made. My contractor used it as an underlayment between the vinyl tile and the concrete floor. It installs easily and does not crimp up like the thin plastic materials sold for this purpose. Highly recommend product.
Disappointed under floor pad
Would Not RecommendI thought it was going to be a easy job, but right from the start I was confused. When I tried to unroll it the plastic that was on one side started to rip. It was to stiff
Great for sound
Would RecommendReally enjoyed working with the product. Heavy duty amd very user friendly. Cuts easily on both straight amd angled cuts. Makes a huge difference for sound and shock.
Easy to work with
Would RecommendI bought a fixer upper trailer and am doing a lot of the work myself. I ripped out all the very old carpeting and linoleum and decided to do Vinyl Plank. I've never done this before or used underlayment but I found this at lowes and it us very easy to work with. There is an adhesive strip that helps hold it down and it cuts really easy around the door jamb. Can't wait to get this finished
Thin, but effective
Would RecommendI just had carpets removed and luxury vinyl planking installed. A sales rep said I didn't need the underlayment with the LVP I purchased. Since this product was available to me, I used it in one room and I do believe the sound is absorbed more with this underlayment in place. I would have preferred more specific and explanatory instructions, possibly with illustrations, as I was quite unfamiliar with this type of product.
Floor Underlay Review
Would RecommendFloor underlay blocked some of them noise from the second floor. It also provided the floor with a more cushioned feel. I think it works great for a second floor soundproofing and cushion. It would work well for first floor cushion and comfort.
Works perfect
Would RecommendI am using this to make a seal between the speaker and cabinet for a guitar amp. Perfect. Material is easy to work with, makes a good seal, and is exactly what I needed. Most material was too thick and this came out just right. I know it may not be the intended use, but it works perfect for my job.
